I started it because I was tired of watching women suffer in silence, thinking something was wrong with them when it was really the diet industry that failed them.
For years, I thought my body had to be my business card. That my worth—and credibility—was tied to how small I could get. But I realized: the size of my body said nothing about the strength of my coaching.
