The Freedom Macro Method is a system created by Team ABF owner Amanda Black to help women build the body of their dreams and eliminate the BS fad diets from women's health and fitness culture. It is designed to teach women how to control their body composition and love the body they are in while working with their lifestyle, not against it. There are four main pillars - Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness, and Community. 


  • Mindset

    Team ABF has designed a system to re-program your mindset around food. From the time women are teenagers, we've been programed to look a certain way and taught that dieting and giving up certain foods is the only way to accomplish that goal. This sets unrealistic expectations and implements dangerous practices. We must re-program our minds to think about food differently.


  • Nutrition

    Nutrition is the most vital factor in mastering your body, the way it looks, and how you feel both physically and mentally. We design your nutrition plan based on your unique lifestyle, there is no one-size-fits-all approach that will work. 


  • Training

    Personalized workouts that fit you and your lifestyle. Whether you go to a gym, workout at home, or only do body weight exercises. We will tailor your training to to your specific needs.


  • Community

    The Team ABF community is full of motivated women looking to change the way they look and feel for the rest of their lives. You will have access to a group page to share tips, meals, ask questions and support one another. You will also be included in any virtual or in-person meet-ups or trainings.
